Find out how the scan4safety is set to revolutionise health care

Healthcare staff are invited to a free regional event about how barcode technology is set to transform patient care.

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is one of six trusts in the NHS leading on the rolling out of the Department of Health’s Scan4Safety programme which all trusts will be using by 2020.

Scan4Safety is about improving patient safety by having the right patient, right product when and where you need it. Knowing what products were used, with which patient and when.

The trust’s Scan4Safety team will be hosting an event on 8 September 10am-4pm in the lecture theatre, Middlefield Centre at the University Hospital of North Tees, Stockton on Tees, TS19 8PE.
